3 night minimum stay
1-2 guests: $155/night for 7-24 nights; $170/night for 3-6 nights; $140/night for 25 or more nights
3-4 guests: $170/night for 7-24 nights; $190/night for 3-6 nights; $150/night for 25 or more nights

A $150 deposit via a credit card is required at the time of reservation. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival by credit card or personal check. (60 days prior during Christmas holidays) All rates are subject to Hawaii state tax (13.42%) and $130 outclean charge.
Cancellation policy:
For reservations cancelled 60 days or more before arrival date, a $50 cancellation fee applies. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded.
For reservations cancelled 30-60 days before arrival date, a minimum $50 cancellation fee applies. The remaining $100 is also forfeited unless the villa becomes rented for the period that was cancelled, in which case the refunded amount will be pro-rated based on the number of days that became rented out of the period that was cancelled.
For reservations cancelled less than 30 days before arrival date, where the total charges have been paid, a minimum $150 cancellation fee applies. Of the remainder paid, the cleaning charge will be refunded. The balance of the villa rental charge plus tax will also be forfeited unless the villa becomes rented for the period that was cancelled. If the villa becomes rented, the refunded amount will be pro-rated based on the number of days that became rented out of the period that was cancelled.
Exceptions such as natural disasters and hurricane warnings may apply. If the owner is forced to cancel due to a condition that makes the villa uninhabitable during the rental dates, a full refund will be given, and the owner will make every attempt to find another similar property for the renter. No pets. No smoking.

1-2 people, 7 nights: $1360.61 (Daily rate is $155. Base rental=$1085, tax=$145.61, cleaning=$130)
1-2 people, 10 nights: $1888.01 (Daily rate is $155. Base rental=$1550, tax=$208.01, cleaning=$130)
3-4 people, 5 nights: $1207.49 (Daily rate is $190. Base rental=$950, tax=$127.49, cleaning=$130)
3-4 people, 7 nights: $1479.70 (Daily rate is $170. Base rental=$1190, tax=$159.70, cleaning=$130)
3-4 people, 10 nights: $2058.14 (Daily rate is $170. Base rental=$1700, tax=$228.14, cleaning=$130)
Repeat renters get a discount off the the daily rate.
