This two-story home has cathedral ceilings, 30 windows, 2 lanais, and a small front porch, making the most of the stunning views of Kauai's north shore. With an ocean view from the front door and mountain and golf course views from the rear, guests often rave about the villa's postcard setting. The living room, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen are located on the upper level, where views can be best appreciated. The rear lanai off the livingroom is a wonderful place to enjoy meals and sip tropical drinks. The livingroom features comfortable furniture, a TV, DVD player, CD player, a large selection of Kauai sightseeing, hiking, and nature books, and a collection of movies (DVD) that were filmed on Kauai. A ceiling fan helps to circulate the ever-present trade winds. A half bath is conveniently located on the upper level.
The lower level has a new full capacity washer and dryer, folding area, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The spacious main bedroom features a king size bed, large walk-in closet and private bath. Exit the sliding glass doors from the main bedroom to a tiled lanai and enjoy lush tropical foliage and fragrant breezes while sitting in a hanging basket swing. The second bedroom features two long twin beds and a private full bathroom entered from the hallway. A joiner kit is available for converting the twins into a king bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
